Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Platform Fees
Platform fees paid by organizers (exam publishing fees, per-student fees) are non-refundable once the exam has been published or candidates have attempted the exam. Refund requests for unused platform credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Exam Fees (Candidate Payments)
Exam fees paid by candidates are managed by the organizing institution. Refund policies for exam fees are determined by the respective organizer. Tezt facilitates the payment processing but does not determine refund eligibility for exam fees.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at mail@ziqx.cc with your payment details and reason for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Technical Issues
If a payment was charged due to a technical error (duplicate charge, failed exam access despite payment), we will issue a full refund upon verification. Please include any error messages or screenshots with your refund request.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Organization subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the console settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform fees for published exams with completed attempts
- Per-student fees for candidates who have started an attempt
- Transaction processing fees charged by payment gateways
- Custom branding or white-label setup fees
