1. Introduction
Welcome to Tezt ("Platform"), operated by ZIQX CREATIVE CLIQUE LLP ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform at tezt.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Tezt provides a multi-tenant assessment platform enabling organizations ("Organizers") to create, manage, and conduct online examinations for candidates. Services include exam creation, candidate management, automated and manual evaluation, proctoring, analytics, and certification.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Users must be at least 13 years of age.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the content of their exams, compliance with applicable laws, and proper use of candidate data. Organizers must not use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to take exams honestly and without unauthorized assistance. Violations of exam integrity rules (tab switching, copy/paste, etc.) may result in automatic submission or disqualification as configured by the organizer.
6. Payments
Platform fees and exam fees are processed through Razorpay. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Organizers are responsible for applicable taxes on fees collected from candidates.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, design, and branding are owned by ZIQX CREATIVE CLIQUE LLP. Organizers retain ownership of their exam content. By uploading content, organizers grant us a limited license to host and display it for platform operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
